Job Position：MEMS Engineer
Job duties:
1. MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical system) process development and optimization.
2. Work on improving process capacity and productivity in conjunction with FAB operators. Maintain and optimize process to improve device yield.
3. Perform data analysis, root cause investigation and developing project plans.
4. Constantly make prompt decisions when tools are down, be proactive with a backup plan and coordinate with maintenance and technicians to ensure process is running as designed.
5. Work closely with maintenance technician for hardware and software failure analysis.
6. Transfer new processes to production, including process set up, documentation and training.
7. Take lead on identifying and purchasing new process and metrology tools.
8. Regular interaction with other module engineers, improve processes or create new processes to improve throughput, capacity, fab yield as well as to decrease cost.
9. Write and maintain MEMS equipment SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), and MEMS components manufacture procedure.
